FAQs:

  • Please note it takes up to 10 days to get the item done and shipped.
  • Awaiting Fullfillment simply means that your order has been received and is waiting to be completed and shipped.
  • When submitting a question about an order that has already been placed please include either the invoice number or the name it was ordered under.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.  Allow for a little extra time on weekends and holidays.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive a response within 24 hours check your spam folder.  I respond to every message I receive.
